Solid Surface Cleaning
Randy was very professional and courteous. He explained the process and procedure every step of the way. He spent extra time cleaning with a brush along the baseboards and along the wall going down the steps where dirt and dust settles that you can't get with a vaccume to ensure that it was clean. When the furniture was moved we discovered quite a large stain, most likely a soda spill from one of the kids, that was not cleaned up well. I had no idea how long the stain had been there. Randy had no problem getting the stain out. He also paid extra attention to the traffic areas to ensure they were as clean as the rest of the carpet. After the carpet dried it was nice and soft, not stiff and tacky feeling like in the past after previous cleanings. I am extremely pleased with the results of the overall carpet cleaning process as well as Randy's knowledge, professionalism, and work ethic. Pam D.

My family and I wanted to extend thanks to Randy and his superb cleaning procedure on our tile floors. Having a swimming pool right out our kitchen adds heavily to our traffic and dirt in this area. Randy made sure our tile looked as great as it did when it was first installed. He was very knowledgeable about the cleaning products he used on our floors. I wanted to take the opportunity to thank Randy at NEW Solid Surface Cleaning for a job well done on my office floor. I honestly had doubts that my vinyl flooring could be cleaned. It had five years of ground in dirt and grime in a tough environment in the office of my work shop. Randy stopped by to look at the floor, carefully evaluate it, and discuss a plan of attack for cleaning it. After cleaning the floor, you would think a new floor had been installed. Randy did an excellent job on our kitchen, hall, bath and laundry room vinyl floors. He was timely, friendly and very reasonably priced for the job he did. We can not believe how clean the vinyl floors are and how nice they look. Hi Randy- Wanted to send a few words acknowledging the outstanding work you and your helper Dave did. Wow, I couldn't have asked for anything more. I suffer having a light colored floor with light grout. We're an active family, four sons, and 4 plus dogs all the time ( boys have their own dogs). My husband and I are very happy and impressed with the way our carpets and grout were cleaned. We usually have went with Stanley Steamer in the past, but Randy got stains they could never get it. We were very pleased. We have already referred him to businesses and personal friends and family members. We will contact him in the future with any carpet or cleaning concerns. Prices are very reasonable as well.
