Randy was very professional and courteous. He explained the process and procedure every step of the way. He spent extra time cleaning with a brush along the baseboards and along the wall going down the steps where dirt and dust settles that you can't get with a vaccume to ensure that it was clean.
When the furniture was moved we discovered quite a large stain, most likely a soda spill from one of the kids, that was not cleaned up well. I had no idea how long the stain had been there. Randy had no problem getting the stain out. He also paid extra attention to the traffic areas to ensure they were as clean as the rest of the carpet.
After the carpet dried it was nice and soft, not stiff and tacky feeling like in the past after previous cleanings.
I am extremely pleased with the results of the overall carpet cleaning process as well as Randy's knowledge, professionalism, and work ethic.

My family and I wanted to extend thanks to Randy and his superb cleaning procedure on our tile floors. Having a swimming pool right out our kitchen adds heavily to our traffic and dirt in this area. I wanted to take the opportunity to thank Randy at NEW Solid Surface Cleaning for a job well done on my office floor. I honestly had doubts that my vinyl flooring could be cleaned. It had five years of ground in dirt and grime in a tough environment in the office of my work shop.
